Ordering Your Products from Artesano

Ordering with Artesano de Espana is quick and easy. Our preferred transaction method is through PayPal and we also accept payment via direct deposit. See below for details.  Making payments could not be easier and you don't have to open an account with us either which means we dont need to store your finnancial details within our site.

 Shop without sharing your financial details

The great advantage of making bank card, credit card or American Express payments through PayPal is not only that it is totally secure but you are not giving out your card details. PayPal knows your card details and no-one else. If you don’t already have a Pay Pal account & would like to use this as your payment option, visit www.paypal-australia.com.au. Once you have an account you can return to the check out and continue with your purchases.                                                               

There are a couple of ways you can place and pay for your order with Artesano de Espana and this depends on how you choose to pay. Artesano currently offers two systems of payment, either via Pay Pal or Direct Deposit/Bank transfer into our business bank account. Payment via credit card must be through via PayPal. We cannot currently take credit card payments over the phone and we do not store your credit card details within our site. Whichever way you choose you don’t have to open an account with us and none of your financial details, are stored within our site. 

1. For Pay Pal purchases: Purchase via our online shop by filling your cart and proceed to checkout where you can select the Pay Pal payment option.  If you already have a Pay Pal account, select Pay Pal and follow the Pay Pal prompts. We will be notified of your order and payment. We will respond via email that we have received your order and when you can expect to receive it. If you don’t already have a Pay Pal account and would like to use this as your payment option, visit  www.paypal-australia.com.au  Once you have an account you can return to the check out and continue with your purchases.

2. For Direct Deposit purchases: Browse our online shop and email us the item/s and quantities you would like. We will send you an invoice, including shipping costs, with our bank details for payment. It usually takes 2 to 3 business days for you payment to clear into our account. We will then notify of our receipt of payment and when your items will be despatched. Email us at sales@artesano.com.au

By Phone: If you prefer you can contact us by phone with your order and we will provide you with our bank details in order to process your payment. It usually takes 2 to 3 business days for you payment to clear into our account. We will then notify of our receipt of payment and when your items will be despatched. How is my freight calculated?

Currently all our deliveries are via Australia Post-Registered mail. Your shipping cost is automatically calculated using current Australia Post fees and charges that have been built into our website and there is no mark up placed on the postage of your items.  Please note that Artesano, currently only ships within Australia. We are based just North of Sydney on the Central Coast so all shipping is calculated from our Lodgement Zone to your Destination Zone. Please note; Under no circumstances does “Artesano” ever warrant that it will meet a particular delivery date or time.

Your shipping charges are calculated once you have selected your product/s and you proceed to view cart.  At this stage you can still review your order before it is finalised. Our shipping charges are calculated based on your post code and the weight of the parcel. Each package has an Australia Post Basic Charge applied based on whether the destination is within NSW or for interstate destinations. In addition a Australia Post  Distance Charge is applied based on the lodgement zone which is 2257 and the Destination Zone (your postcode).

The table below provides "estimates" for postal weights from us at 2257 to the Capital cities to give you an idea of costs. This is for city locations only to give you an idea of the costs. Costs are calculated based on destination postcode then registered post fees are added these estimates which is $3.05 per package. 
*Australia Post has a max of 20kg per package

When will my order arrive?


Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of us receiving your payment and should reach you within 3 to 6 working days depending on your location possibly longer for regional areas. We will notify you by email once your goods have been dispatched and the expected delivery time. 

Your parcel will be delivered during normal business hours and must be signed for.  It is therefore recommended you use a business address for deliveries if you are away from the home. If there is no one at the location at the time of delivery the parcel will be taken to your local post office for you to collect and a card will be left advising you of this. Please note that payment by Direct Deposit, could delay shipment by several days until your payment is received.
